Natalie McAdams is a sought-after event producer and the founder of NAMEVENTS, a thoughtfully curated event production company established in Los Angeles more than three decades ago. Through NAMEVENTS, she has collaborated with dozens of the most respected brands across sports, entertainment, fine arts, fashion, and music.

NAMEVENTS notable work includes producing the 50 Years of Hip Hop for City of Hope Music and Entertainment Industry Gala, the 30th Anniversary for Heal the Bay and the 60th Anniversary for the People Concern, as well as incubating and launching innovative new platforms such as Sony Music’s Immersive Creator Series and Gen Art’s Fresh Faces in Fashion, Ignite, and The New Garde.

NAMEVENTS is known for creating signature, immersive experiences and and a proven ability to execute highly logistically complex events. The company has produced major fundraisers for nationally recognized non-profits—helping organizations such as the Aoki Foundation, the Alliance Foundation and City of Hope raise significant funds in support of life-changing treatments, education and research. NAMEVENTS also produces high-touch retreats, conferences, and bespoke personal events for VIP clients, including weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, and milestone celebrations.

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Natalie began her event career in Aspen, producing the World Championships of Endurance Skiing and the 24 Hours of Aspen for the Aspen Ski Company. After relocating to Los Angeles in 1998, she rose to Vice President at PPW, producing major events including seven NFL Super Bowls, MLB All-Star Games, and the opening of the Getty Museum. In 2002, she founded NAMEVENTS, specializing in non-profit fundraising galas. Natalie currently serves on the Emeritus Board of Step Up Women’s Network.
