Natalie McAdams is one of the most sought after event planners in Los Angeles. Her clients include all of the major studios, high profile nonprofit foundations, corporations and individuals looking to create that special family occasion - wedding, bar or bat mitzvah, or notable birthday.
A lawyer by education, McAdams production career began in 1993, when she volunteered to oversee the activities of visiting international skiers in conjunction with her town's major local ski race "24 Hours of Aspen." As a huge contributor to the event's success, the following year, McAdams was hired as second in command to oversee the entire race and the charity fundraising components. McAdams quickly recognized event production as her true calling.
In 1997, she moved to Los Angeles and began working at one of the city's largest event production companies. She quickly moved up the ranks to vice president overseeing a staff of ten and producing a wide range of events with guest counts ranging from 500 to 10,000 and budgets in excess of one million dollars.
Based on her experience, McAdams realized production could be streamlined resulting in lower overhead by using outside vendors and creating strategic alliances with other boutique businesses. McAdams founded Namevents with this belief and this business model still serves the company today.
