Namevents is a full service production company founded
in February 2002. Our mission is to be an advocate for our clients in the event
production arena while providing exemplary service and creative solutions so
that the planning and the execution of the event can be enjoyable, cost
effective and result in a superior product.
We
are a boutique firm by choice. Namevents is committed to exemplary
service. For this reason, we undertake
only those events that challenge, interest and stimulate us so that each
receives our utmost attention. Once we
have committed to an event, we limit additional projects to ensure that our
team has the time to focus on your needs.
Each
event is unique. We concentrate
on what we do best - event production. Once
we evaluate the aspects involved, we assemble the correct team to execute the
event. We have strong relationships with
other companies in related industries. We
are happy to recommend and facilitate introductions to other niche providers.
Or if you prefer one point of contact, we can subcontract their services on
your behalf and continue to executive produce the entire event.
Because
all of our resources are not in-house, you don't pay higher fees to compensate
for our overhead. Instead
we have the luxury to hand select the proper team specific to your needs. We have
been in this industry for over fifteen years and have forged invaluable relationships with LA's top vendors.
Our long term relationships in the special events industry enable us to
hand select the best production team for each event. We leverage our relationships to ensure the
best prices and products for our clients.
